is spread out over the term of 36 months with a $1 dollar buy out at
the end of term. However, unlike a standard hosted model, after the
36 month is up, your monthly payment ends and you fully own the
system.

Deployment Process
Server Build and Ship
The process is easy. Simply fill out a Sitrof credit application
provided by Sitrof Sales. A credit decision will be made in less
than 24 hours of receipt of completed application. Upon receipt of
signed Lease documentation and advance payment (two month's
payment), Your Dell server will be shipped to the Sitrof location so
it can be setup based on your specific configuration. Sitrof
configuration experts work with you to define the system security,
folder hierarchy and document classes. A Sitrof Support
configuration expert coaches you through the rest of the process to
set everything up from deployment to training.
Install
Once configuration is complete, the system is shipped to your
location where a Sitrof Support configuration expert works with you
to plug the server and multi-function device(s) on the network.
Sitrof Support will confirm connectivity to the system via a secure
point-to-point connection to ensure all the services are functioning
properly.
Training
Training is conducted online so users can attend from anywhere
they have access to the internet. Once trained, should any general
questions or issues arise, you will be given a 1-800 number to call
which is available 24 hours a day 365 days a year.
Once Live - On Going Technical Support
In the event you want to administer your system such as adding or
changing users, you can contact Sitrof Support. They will connect
directly to your system via a secure point-to-point connection and
make the appropriate changes for you.
