Project Management

Project management is a fundamental aspect of implementing any solution. It is essential that projects are managed carefully and accurately. Successful project management ensures that the critical elements of the project are effectively ascertained and implemented. Sitrof Technologies, Inc. has found that the most effective way to facilitate communication and progress is through good communication with all key project participants. Sitrof requires that there be a Project Manager designated from Client. The Client Project Manager must have the responsibility and authority to make decisions in a timely fashion regarding the ongoing effort. This empowerment will allow the project to progress without delays.

Pre-project meetings are held between the two project leaders to define and validate a joint project plan. This plan is used to manage all of the critical resources associated with the project's success. Sitrof will begin the engagement with a standard project kickoff meeting. The kickoff meeting provides a project overview, sets expectations, introduces team members and establishes project roles and responsibilities. Furthermore, the two project managers will also create a detailed project plan that, once approved, will be used through the life cycle of the project, and will be reviewed and updated at the scheduled status meetings.
