Assessments

Content Migration

Content Migration involves movement of content, metadata and other collaborative objects between disparate repositories, often requiring significant transformation and conversion. The repositories may originate from a single vendor, typical with upgrades and consolidations, but often involve applications from different vendors. Organizations are prompted into this type of activity through internal efforts such as cost reduction and compliance, or external actions such as mergers and acquisitions. In addition to migrations to SharePoint 2010, Sitrof has dozens of years of experience in moving and consolidating unstructured content from Documentum, DocuShare, eRoom, OpenText, FileNet and more.

Consulting Services

Sitrof provides consulting services around requirements analysis, solutions trade study review/recommendations for off-the-shelf software/hardware, reference architecture designs, business process reviews and improvement reports, data topology mapping, proof of concepts and requirements/compliance file plans and assessments. All Sitrof expert consulting is done as a fixed term project with scope, requirements and acceptance criteria.

Custom Application Support

Often, companies will take an off-the-shelf product and configure or customize it to meet their needs although vendors typically only support the base product and its default configuration. The Sitrof Supplemental Support Agreement fills this gap. Sitrof supports customized solutions for companies without bandwidth or technical expertise to do so internally. The Sitrof support team answers systems questions, and provides minor configuration and code changes as needed. Sitrof Support is available via web, email or phone, and 24/7 status checks are available via the Sitrof web-based support portal.

Custom Projects

Integrations, customizations, conversions, migrations and upgrades. Sitrof will provide an SOW milestone based project bid detailing the schedule, milestones, functions and project details. Sitrof works with customers on ongoing monthly projects, fixed term projects and incremental milestone projects.

Training

Sitrof provides training on a variety of custom and third party-vendor document management, document scanning and data protection offerings including EMC Documentum, Xerox DocuShare, IBM FileNet, Microsoft SharePoint and Liquid Machines. Even when a client has completed the basic setup and deployment of the system, it is often in the organizations best interest to engage a specialist with experience in full scale deployments of these platforms, for user, super user, administrative and IT staff. Sitrof will train your personnel at your location and for those remote employees training will also be broadcast via WebEx. The WebEx training session will be recorded for playback by the customer.

The objective is to train IT and Business users on the Advanced User and Administrative features of the selected document management platform. In addition, Sitrof will work with the IT staff to determine the optimal and most efficient setup for the document management platform. This will include the consultation on architecture and network load balance in the client's environment.
