Princeton, New Jersey - Sitrof Technologies, Inc. is excited to announce the addition of the Scan Manager for Xerox DocuShare to its growing line of products. With the Scan Manager, organizations now have the ability to scan documents easily into the DocuShare using a seamless integration with the Xerox DocuShare web interface. All the user has to do is navigate to the folder they want the document to reside, fill out the appropriate index fields for the document type and print a cover page. They attach the cover page to the document they want scanned, go to any imaging device that can save to a network location and scan. The Sitrof Scan Manager does the rest giving the user a searchable PDF in the folder requested. Yes, it is that simple.
